1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items that are non-returnable include:

  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless specified).

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship the Item: Send the return item to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for compliance with our return policy. If the item meets the criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

7. Damaged Items
